I have never been more happy with my experience in buying a new car! They were so nice and not pushy at all. The whole process didn't take half as long as it did at so many other dealerships I've bought from. I will always buy my vehicles from Spitzer Ford from here on out! I would give them 100 stars if that was an option! I HIGHLY recommend them!!!!

The best dealership that I’ve ever been to, and it was totally worth the drive! I’m a first year college student in Michigan, and I decided that I needed a new car so I began looking. I found a beautiful deep red 2020 Chevy Sonic online and immediately put in my information so I could learn more about the car. I was quickly contacted by Brianna, who was extremely kind and informative, and she put me in contact with salesperson Brad, who I appreciate tremendously. Brad was not pushy at all, and he was extremely responsive to my texts and kind during all of our interactions. Because I live so far from Spitzer, I asked for some videos and pictures of the car, many many times (sorry Brad!!), and he was more than happy to go out and send them to me. Him and Brianna were very pleasant particularly because they got even the most specific videos that I’d requested… like a video of under the hood/engine, and even the muffler so I could hear the sound it made. Brad helped me pick a day and time that worked best for me and my mom so we could drive down to the dealership and look at the car. Once I got there, they pulled the car up and had already left it running with the seat warmer on. He told us that we could drive for as long as we wanted and gave us directions to help us navigate the area. After the test drive we returned to the dealership and met with a finance manager (I can’t remember his name - but he was very tall, had a nice handshake, and wore a Christmas sweater that said “do you even gift bro?”) who walked me through signing the paperwork and explained each paper thoroughly. I only spent exactly 32 minutes going over paperwork and after that, I was out the door driving home in my new car! I have to admit that I was nervous buying a pre-owned car, but this one has been fantastic so far. It drives beautifully and is great on gas mileage. I haven’t had any issues yet, knock on wood, and the car drove perfectly for over 5 hours to get me back home. Thanks Brad, Brianna, the cool dude with the nice handshake and sweater, and Spitzer! I love my car and loved the service you provided me. I will definitely be coming back to buy another car because I trust your business!

Having visited the Spitzer Ford Dubois lot to get a closer look at a few vehicles that caught my attention on the Internet and in the Shop Rite, I was introduced to salesperson Morgan Lingle. Morgan was extremely helpful to point out a few vehicles that may be of interest. She was very professional and polite, and she invited me back for a test drive on any that caught my attention. After conversing through email and over the phone, an appointment was made to visit Dubois again and test drive a Jeep Gladiator that was still available. After receiving an offer that night before I departed (Thurs), I worked over details and financing on Monday and agreed to a purchase on Tuesday. By Thursday, Morgan had all the details worked out and I was driving home a 2022 Jeep Gladiator. During the process Miss Morgan Lingle was quite professional and a very classy salesperson. I would highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a vehicle to look her up at the Spitzer Ford lot in Dubois.

Great salesman great manager great finance manager. I sold cars for 3 years at a different dealer. This was the easiest process I’ve had while buying a vehicle. Go see mark at spitzer ford. Excellent service! I was on my way home to Idaho and had a def tank issue that would eventually put my truck in limp mode. I called several other Ford dealers that were closer but they couldn’t help but they all recommended Spitzer Ford in DuBois. I called and explained my situation and they got me in immediately and I was back on the road the next day. Good people and excellent service. Thank you.
